Anyone who thinks a pedicure is all about getting your nails painted has never had one and is missing out. Getting a pedicure always makes me smile, not just because of the pedicure itself but because it makes me think of the first time my lover did it for me.
He took his time letting my feet soak in warm sudsy water, getting me all nice and relaxed, not realizing the extent of the delicious torment to follow. Then he worked my feet over with scrub and a pumice stone. My feet are very, very sensitive and he made them tingle as he worked his way from my heels to the balls of my feet, avoiding the high arch making it twitch for some attention too. He dried them off and then massaged lotion into them, starting at my ankle and working it into my heel, taking his time with the oh-so ticklish arches, that spot where the toes join the ball of the foot that makes my toes curl and then up each individual toe. All the time knowing how hot he was making me, knowing how much more he was making me want and loving teasing me every step of the way.
By the time he got around to the polish I was squirming in my seat craving to feel his mouth and tongue trace the same path his hands had, but he insisted on finishing the job with dark pink polish. It was exquisite agony to have him hold my feet with one hand and take his time over each toe and nail, 2 coats, with me getting wetter with each stroke of the brush.
Then, of course, the polish had to dry. He insisted that I sit still with my feet in his lap while it did, but assured me I wouldn’t be bored. The polish took forever before he deemed it dry and he was right, I wasn’t bored a bit.
